01. Eligibility & Scope
Personal Grant
Personal Eligibility: This License is granted exclusively to natural persons for individual, non-institutional use. fue.li grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the Software strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Restricted License
Any access or use of the Software by, for, or on behalf of any legal entity—including but not limited to corporate, governmental, non-profit, religious, or academic institutions—is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Contract.
02. Constraints & Confidentiality
Termination: Use by an ineligible user or violation of the contractual terms below results in the immediate and automatic termination of this license. You agree not to:
Distribution
Download, license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Software or its underlying assets; standard installation of the PWA by an eligible natural person is permitted.
Reverse Engineering
Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Software. The internal logic and architecture of this Software are maintained as confidential Trade Secrets.
Attribution
Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice, branding, or operational workflows designated by fue.li.
03. Intellectual Property & Architecture
The creative identity of fue.li — comprising its product concept, user interface design, visual language, color system, brand assets, written manifesto, philosophy, feature architecture, and the specific compilation of these elements into a cohesive tool — is the exclusive intellectual property of fue.li.
You are granted a conditional right to use this tool as a compiled, running application. No rights are granted to replicate, reproduce, or redistribute the product's creative identity, design system, or brand expression in any form.
04. Data Sovereignty
We believe in absolute ownership of your work.
Your Ownership
You retain full, exclusive ownership of all text, data, and content created using the Software. You are free to use, sell, publish, and commercially exploit your created content without restriction.
Zero Access
fue.li has no technical access to your data. Your files live on your local device and are never transmitted to us.
05. Institutional Trespassing & Damages
05.01 Restriction to Natural Persons
Use of the fue.li | core suite is strictly limited to Natural Persons. Use by any Non-Natural Entity (including Corporations, LLCs, Government Agencies, or Institutional Machine-Agents) is strictly prohibited and constitutes a criminal trespass of intellectual property.
05.02 Liquidated Damages
Any Non-Natural Entity found in material breach agrees to pay fue.li liquidated damages of $5,000 USD per unauthorized installation or instance. This sum represents a contractually agreed-upon estimate of harm and is not a penalty.
05.03 Discovery & Audit
Usage constitutes agreement that fue.li may demand a certified declaration of non-use upon reasonable suspicion of institutional trespass. In litigation, the Entity agrees to provide full access to browser cache logs and PWA installation histories.
05.04 Jurisdiction & Venue
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any legal action shall be filed exclusively in the Davis County Justice Court.
06. Independent Vision
"The solo developer, Jonah, is a creative and has an inquisitive mind. He has a vision for PWA projects that respect the 'natural person.' Jonah wants fue.li to protect the sanctity of the creative process from corporate bloat and institutional overreach. Your support allows fue.li to stay independent and keep the engine running for everyone who refuses to be harvested."

The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. Since the engine operates entirely on your local hardware, fue.li is not responsible for data loss due to browser cache clearance, PWA failure, or hardware failure. Use at your own risk.
